CAOL ILA - 23 Year Old 'Distilled 1978' 70cl Bottle
Nose. Light. Juniper. Blackcurrant. Palate. Smoky. Sweet. Malty. Peppery. Finish. Light, leafy, sweet, refreshing, therapeutic. Sea air. With water, a touch of salt. Comment. All the oily, waxy, junipery, bush-like flavours of Caol Ila, but the whiff of the sea comes later.
