Nose. Very aromatic. Sourness remarkably like fresh lemon juice. Palate. Light but smooth. Lemon sweets. Sherbet. Sweet vanilla. Finish. Spicy dryness. Crisp. Refreshing. Astonishingly fresh and youthful. Not complex, but an enjoyable drink. A lamented Lowlander.
