Made by Chief Winemaker for Yering Station, Tom Carson, who was honoured with the prestigious ‘Winemaker of the Year’ at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, 2004. Aromas of dark cherry and blackberry characters with hints of leather and nutmeg spice lead to a rich and spicy palate with great density and weight. Long fine-grained tannins complete the powerful finish. Drink now to 2009.
