Nestled in one of the most picturesque valleys in the Cape winelands, Boschendal Wine Estate has a winemaking tradition of over 300 years. Cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate fruit flavours, this Sauvignon shows tropical fruit, citrus and herbs on the nose, crisp acidity and a clean, lingering finish. Superb as an aperitif or enjoyed with smoked fish, seafood or creamy poultry dishes.
