Minervois Blanc 2006, Château La Gravette

Minervois Blanc 2006, Château La Gravette
Situated in the south of Minervois, Château La Gravette enjoys an exceptionally dry microclimate that allows it to make exceptional white wines. A blend of little known varieties Maccabeu, Vermentino, and Marsanne this intensely fruity wine offers flavours of peach and apricot and a hint of blossom. Well-balanced and full bodied on the palate, it makes an excellent companion to southern French dishes such as Bouillabaisse or antipasti.
