Winemaker Xavier Roger has put all of his knowledge and expertise into selecting and vinifying only the best grapes to give a wonderfully fragrant and intense Viognier. Aromas of lychees and pears are balanced on the dry, fruity palate by a crisp, refreshing acidity. Excellent on its own or with rich fish dishes such as grilled salmon.
