Just a quickie - my first post has just appeared on the Guardian’s food blog Word of Mouth. Seems my mug shot hasn’t made it though. Which is probably lucky as I don’t want to be accosted in the streets or anything…If the editor lets me I’ll be contributing a post or two a month on a wine theme; related probably to recipes in the most recent issue of their Food Monthly supplement. This initial post details a Leek and Ricotta pie recipe and a wine to accompany.
